OSPRI Fieldays

Project Description

OSPRI’s primary role is to help protect and enhance the reputation of New Zealand’s primary industries. Each year OSPRI have a presence at New Zealand's national agricultural Fieldays event - the largest agribusiness expo in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Objective:

Design a new look and feel for the OSPRI's Fieldays stall that is in keeping with OSPRI's new branding. The stall must compel farmers to stop and engage with OSPRI and ask questions.

The Solution:

In collaboration with OSPRI's communications department, the expo stall created is modern and inviting. Campaign elements such as the scanner competition entice farmers to leave their details, and get their 'foot in the door' to the stall. Tables are arranged to assist discussions with farmers and to answer their specific questions about NAIT and TBfree over digital consoles.

A wood look was determined as the ideal material to add to the clean OSPRI branding. This added a warmth and rustic friendly approach to the corporate branding, making farmers feel welcome. The seating proved to be a winner, as it was found there wasn't alot of seating available for expo visitors - the seats were a welcome reprieve, causing farmers to stop at the OSPRI stall.

Eden Design created a large suite of collateral, including the large format flexiwall background, factsheets, posters, crew shirts, table counters, pen holders and more.

Work also included the commissioning, briefing and project management of the key wooden pieces: scanner podium, wooden seating, and farm gate display.

The Result:

Success with the stall was so well received it has run a similar look for the second year with some minor improvements.

Working with Hannah at Eden design on our rebranding project was fantastic, so much so that we continue to work with her on our business as usual design.
