IPENZ (now known as Engineering New Zealand) are the engineers’ professional body for New Zealand. They're all about bringing engineering to life and need to communicate to, and support, their 20,000 members to be the best engineers they can be.
The IPENZ marketing department required graphic support for a number of design communications leading up to their rebrand, including their last magazine issue of Insight. This 52-page magazine required a consistent look and feel to previous issues and a pace that required visual interest throughout.
With a tight timeframe to meet, the magazine showcases some lovely articles and gives large-preference to the images of greatest appeal. Work included sourcing part of the imagery and project management of this. Final minor refinements were worked on by the IPENZ team. This last issue finished on a high note for the IPENZ brand, and it is exciting to provide design support to the marketing team for the roll out of the new Engineering New Zealand brand.
